A haven for wildlife on the Norfolk Broads, this location is quiet and also offers the unique feature of being both a Norfolk Broads and coastal location.
The main visitors to Horsey Mere head for the well restored Horsey Windpump, which features a wonderful insight in to the traditional mill-mans life through a range of small exhibitions inside the Windpump. The braver visitor can also go out in to the top staging where lovely views of the Norfolk Broads can be had on a clear day.
